In this session, we will explore Hennepin County’s graph-based entity resolution model. This model identifies when distinct records across county systems actually represent to the same individual. These identifications provide insight into how clients interact with the breadth of Hennepin County systems and allowing Hennepin County to provide more accurate counts for summary statistics. The technical portions of this talk will focus on implementing this model in a scalable way and preliminary comparisons to other entity resolution models.
